Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

Any return & refunds must satisfy all conditions listed in the orginal manufactors return/refund policy, and PhD racings return/refund policies.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, and/or in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your received your products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the items.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will inspect the returned items, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Re-stocking fee may apply to some items. Shipping costs. and any payment platform fees(i.e. paypal fee/credit card fee, etc) are non-refundable. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at info@phdracinglab.com.
Depending on the item availability, and where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, please consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
