Refund policy

All returns and refunds must satisfy the conditions set forth by both the original manufacturer and PHD Racing.

1. Eligibility & Return Inquiry Window

  • To be eligible for a return or refund, you must submit a formal return inquiry to PHD Racing within 14 calendar days of receiving your product(s).

  • Requests submitted after 14 calendar days from the delivery date will unfortunately not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

  • To start a return, please submit your return inquiry via email to info@phdracinglab.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for return.

2. Item Condition

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original, undamaged packaging.

  • Installed, modified, or specially ordered items are non-refundable.

3. Return Process & Shipping Costs

  • RMA Authorization: Once your return inquiry is approved, you will receive a return instructions. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Shipping Timeframe: Items must be shipped back within 7 calendar days after receiving your RMA approval.

  • Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Initial shipping costs and payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal or credit card processing fees) are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee (up to 50%) may apply to returned items.

  • Tracking & Insurance: If you are returning an item valued over $100, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of tracking.

4. Exchanges & Damaged Items

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit.

  • If you receive a damaged product, you must submit an inquiry within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer packaging and damaged item to info@phdracinglab.com.

5. Processing Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed (minus non-refundable fees and restocking charges), and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
