- One pair AP Racing Radi-CAL Pro5000R racing calipers (CP9661 or CP9669 six-piston)
- One pair 355x32mm AP Racing CP7177, 72 vane, J Hook racing discs, with fully floating 6061 hard anodized aluminum hats and attachment hardware
- One pair 372x34mm AP Racing CP7177, 72 vane, J Hook racing discs, with fully floating 6061 hard anodized aluminum hats and attachment hardware
- Disc burnishing in Ferodo Racing pad compound included at no additional charge on GT-car kits (normally $150 per disc pair). If you are using a brake pad brand other than Ferodo and are interested in compatible disc burnishing, please contact Essex support prior to purchase.

Brake pads are not included. Racing pads are a personal choice, so Essex leaves them out of the kit price. The AP Racing Pro5000R calipers use industry-standard pad shapes stocked by every major pad manufacturer (Ferodo, Pagid, PFC, Raybestos, Endless, Hawk and more). Ask us to add a set at a bundled price.
CP9661 vs. CP9669. Both are AP Racing Pro5000R Radi-CAL six-piston calipers with ventilated stainless pistons and anti-knockback springs. The CP9661 uses the common 18mm-thick FRP3144 pad shape. The CP9669 takes 25mm-thick (1") pads for longer pad life and more thermal mass; it is about 1 lb heavier per corner and needs ~14mm more wheel spoke clearance. CP9669 kits are supplied in ENP finish only.

Caliper finish. Standard kits use AP Racing's hard anodized finish. ENP kits use the same caliper with a jewel-like Electroless Nickel Plated finish that is exceptionally durable, resists brake dust staining and is easy to clean.
